Regular Reservations (without discount)
1. You may cancel your tour and receive a 100% refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the tour date.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, for unused services, or in case of a no show (when the guest does not arrive at the time and place indicated on the ticket).
2. Date changes can be made prior to the tour date and are valid for up to 12 months from the original date.
3. Reservations are transferable to another person, as long as the new participant’s name is provided in advance.
Reservations with Discounts or Special Promotions
1. Date changes can be made prior to the tour date and are valid for up to 12 months from the original date.

2. No refunds are available for bookings made under discounts or special promotions.

In the event of a no-show (when you do not arrive at the time and place indicated on your ticket), no cancellation, change, or refund will be applied.
